A Call For Help!

My Dearest WyldProphets Players:

We, as an ST staff, have a bit of a conundrum.  Due to a variety of reasons, no small factor in which is the low-budget income of your lovely STs, we are requesting your assistance with BaneKlaive.  It is our hope that with a bit of pitching in from everyone, and more than a little thanks to our guest-STs, we will be able to make this BaneKlaive awesome despite our limited staff.  Below is a numbered list of items which are, for the most part, low budget or loanable.  If anyone (please!) is able to donate (or loan) any of the following items, your staff would be much appreciative.  In an effort to consolidate this list, it is being posted only here and brought, physically, to game between now and BaneKlaive.  If you are willing to commit to an item, please reply to this thread with the number of the item you are able to supply.  Requests for multiples of an item are broken down into letters, so if you are able to only bring one copy of a multi-item, just take one of the letters.  (i.e. Item No 1.(a-d): Paper (4 reams).  If you are able to bring one ream of paper, just put down 1.a so people know that 3 reams of paper are still needed.)  Again, every little bit helps.  Even a single package of CHEAP BIC (or similar) pens is an important contribution!!

Note:  We do need many of these items before BaneKlaive actually begins (by Tuesday July 1st).  If you are willing to donate the items, but can't make it to game before BaneKlaive, I am willing to drive to your house [within a reasonable distance] and pick them up.  Clevelenders!  This includes you.  I will be coming up one of the weekends between now and BaneKlaive.  If you can get the items to game at NCIR on the weekend I am coming up (to be announced, may be multiple), I will happily pick them up there!!

12. Package of CHEAP BLACK BIC (or similar) pens!! [These are for players to steal during BaneKlaive.  While we do need pens that will actually write, please do not buy nice pens.] (1 large package)
13.(a-z) Pencils (okay, we probably don't need 26 packages, but these are likely to be a hot item with the players.  Non-mechanical pencils are fine, we have sharpeners)
14.(a-z) Index Cards, lined, 3x5 (...these will be needed, a lot)
15. Green Stamp Ink (for the BaneKlaive stamp)

18. Deck of Playing Cards (1) [This would be okay as a loaned-item as well, except we cannot guarantee the quality it will return in as it may be handled by players.]
19. Pistachios/Cashews (this may sound frivolous, but your STs are bad at eating during wacked out events.  This was an attempt at a shelvable/munchable protein)

21.(a) Printer [whilst the STs do have a single printer, we would really like to not kill it by printing 600 sheets.  If we can have a few printers and run one for a few pages, wait a bit and run another, this will ensure all available printers are not killed for the making of this BaneKlaive]
22.(a-c) Small Fans (3)
23. MET Books/Tribe Books/etc. (any and all [except W20], multiple copies appreciated- this will likely be handled by other players)

I have a laser printer I will be glad to volunteer for sheet printing duty. It is only Black and white, but should make printing relatively cheap and painless. Also I will hit the office depot and see what I can score there.

When you say cardstock, you mean 8.5x11 sheets, correct? Or do you mean item cards?

8.5x11 sheets. Index cards are for item cards.
