Lore:
Sister to the late Maurice "Defends-the-Dreams" Scully, she used to live just outside the bawn of the Caern of Whispered Oaths.

Update: Desiree took her leave of the Caern of Whispered Oaths in the summer of 2009, following shortly after the passing of her brother.
