Being fairly new to the game, I am wondering how the Eagle-Gazette fits in with the rest of the board. Obviously the stories have something to do with ongoing plots, I'm just not sure how. Any help is appreciated.

The Eagle-Gazette is the local news paper. It is used by the STs to disseminate information that would be found in the local news paper. If your character is the type that reads the paper than feel free to know about the stories. That's all.
