Milosh is a recent arrival to the Sept of Whispered Oaths. He is Romanian in origin. He is a very charismatic by nature and always appears gentle to those who speak with him. Not much about his past is known, but he is very approachable and always appreciates a good conversation of many topics. He a Ragabash and definitely confident about his ways and who he is.
